Afinal, para que serve esse tal de hirens?

Para quem não conhece esse CD, vamos a uma definição resumida: O Hirens é um CD destinado a técnicos de informática e usuários avançados, contendo uma coletânea de programas, utilitários, enfim, diversas ferramentas que dão ao profissional um caminho a seguir ou até mesmo uma solução para o problema enfrentado.

Por ser “bootável” (permite dar partida no computador mesmo que esse não tenha sistema operacional ou que este esteja danificado) dá ao técnico a chance de testar diversos componentes, discos, sistema entre outros. A lista de programas é tão extensa que a análise de cada um é impraticável, portanto a sugestão é que baixe, grave no CD e passe a explorá-lo aos poucos, ganhando experiência a cada uso.

O pacote é tão versátil que existem formas diferentes de usá-lo:

1- Em modo DOS, as opções são em texto como o antigo MS-DOS e permite chamar um grupo de utilitários.

2- Em modo Windows XP, permite rodar um Windows direto do CD e com acesso a outro grupo de utilitários.

3- De dentro do Windows, permite chamar um menu dentro de sua instalação normal do Windows, dando chance a uma série de ações. Um exemplo de tela está aqui abaixo.

Em 10 de Setembro de 2009, foi publicado no Diário Oficial da União (DOU) o Decreto Presidencial 6956, que institui o Regime de Tributação Unificada (RTU) para os sacoleiros que trazem mercadorias do Paraguai, por via terrestre.

O decreto normatiza a lei 11.898 aprovada pelo Congresso em dezembro de 2008 e sancionada em janeiro de 2009 pelo presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. Agora microempresas de todo o país poderão importar anualmente até R$ 110 mil em mercadorias para revenda no Brasil, sendo divididos em R$ 18 mil para o primeiro e segundo trimestres, e outros R$ 37 mil para o terceiro e quarto trimestres de cada ano.

Com isso o imposto de importação baixa para a líquota de 25% e beneficia diversos comerciantes que trazem produtos irregulares do Paraguai.

Ainda não está totalmente em vigor pois depende de normatização pela Receita Federal, que envolve criação de sistema, regras e alguns acordos operacionais com o Governo Paraguaio. As reuniões estão em andamento, mas ainda não existe uma previsão oficial.
